Mike Green, Executive Director

Mike Green has served as the Executive Director of Tuscaloosa YFC for the last 15 years. Overall Mike has been with YFC for 22 years.  He sits on the Southern Region Board which oversees and develops ministry in southern 9 states. Mike was born in Birmingham and grew up in Tuscaloosa, where he first came in contact with YFC/Campus Life. Mike is married to Laura and has two kids, Brittany and Ross.

Laura Green, Office Manager

Laura Green has been on staff with Youth For Christ for over 15 years.  Laura grew up in Vermont and graduated from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL with a B.A. in Modern Languages.  She currently serves as the office manager.  Laura is married to Mike and has 2 children, Brittany and Ross.

Lauren Long, Teen Moms Director

Lauren Long is the director of our Teen Moms ministry.  She is a 2008 graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies.  She joined the Tuscaloosa Youth for Christ team in May 2009.

Kami Clark, Campus Life Director

Kami Clark is the Campus Life Director for Hillcrest High School.  She's not from 'round here.  She is a softballer and Jayhawk shot caller.  She loves her brother like Mario loves Luigi.  She is a master plane misser and half court shooter.  Her voice is what makes the sun rise.

Romel Gibson, Campus Life Director, Central High School

Romel Gibson was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Aliceville, Alabama. He graduated from Stillman College with a B.A. in Music Performance. He is married to Quanedra Gibson and has one daughter, Allayna Pilar Gibson.

James Robbins, Campus Life Director, Tuscaloosa County High School

He was raised in South Carolina and graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2009. Go Gamecocks!
