Teen Moms

Who we are: Teen Moms is a relational ministry of Youth for Christ that reaches pregnant and parenting teenagers and their children. 

What we do: Our mission is to support, encourage, and equip young moms with the life, relationship and parenting skills they need.  Our goal is to see these young families become healthy emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. Our purpose is to see them become successful, responsible adults and life-long followers of Jesus Christ. 

Where we meet: Teen Moms is currently ministering to girls in Bryant, Central, Northridge, and Tuscaloosa County High schools.  We also hold a weekly Bible Study on Wednesday nights at 6:00pm at Northport Baptist Church that is open to all teen mothers in the area.  

Material Needs: Teen Moms is in constant need of items for moms and children.  Some of these items include:  diapers & wipes, baby clothing items, socks, shoes, bibs, blankets, bedding, strollers, bouncy seats, new carseats (no used please), board books & infant toys, baby bath wash, lotion and shampoo, etc.  Items can be dropped off at the Youth for Christ office located on Watermelon Road in Northport.  Financial assistance is also needed.  If you have the heart and capacity to give financially to this ministry call us today!
