Our Ministries
YFC accomplishes it's mission with these local ministry programs.

Central and Westlawn Campus Life
Campus Life for the Central High School area has been very impactful. We currently hold weekly Campus Life meetings for Central High School. Our goal is to provide ministry for the Westlawn Middle School students in the very near future. From the behaviorally challenged to the best-behaved student, Campus Life benefits all students. From the financially privileged to the financially challenged, Campus Life provides an environment where every student feels accepted, comfortable, loved, and appreciated. We are committed to being a beacon of light on the campuses we serve. We are committed to developing students to be physical, social, mental, and spiritual leaders. Most of all, we are committed to presenting the life-changing message of the gospel of Jesus Christ to as many lost students as we can.

Davis Emerson Campus Life
Each week Campus Life staff and volunteers engage youth at Davis Emerson Middle school through YFC's high energy evangelistic program called Campus Life. Typically 100 to 150 students participate in crazy games, meaningful discussions with adults and hear a clear presentation of Jesus Christ and His purpose for our lives. Davis Emerson is a feeder school for Holt High and many of the students live in Crescent Road area. This community was devastated by the recent tornado in Tuscaloosa. Staff are presently meeting material, emotional and spiritual needs of the DEMS students. To help, call the YFC office and ask for Mike.

Hillcrest Campus Life
Monday nights are pretty rockin' at Hillcrest Campus Life. From crazy games to deep discussions, you'll find us being real with the students of Hillcrest High School. Not only is Campus Life open to high school students, but Wednesday mornings we hold Campus Life in the Hillcrest Middle School choir room. Our goal with both middle school and high school Campus Life is to create life-long followers of Jesus Christ. That's what it's all about. Campus Life is constantly trying to attract non-churched students and give them a comfortable place to be themselves . . . a place where they won't be judged. We want to be a stepping stone for them into a church. At Campus Life students will will definitely hear the Good News of Jesus. Whether it's in a large group setting or one-on-one with a Campus Life staff, they will hear about the amazing love of the Savior who sacrificed everything just so they would know about him and believe. We partner with local churches for events and support, work with college students and adults who have a passion for reaching teens, and we are constantly in prayer for these students. Will you join us? For more information about Hillcrest Campus Life, please email me at kami@tuscaloosayfc.com or find the Hillcrest Campus Life page on Facebook.

Collins Riverside Middle Campus Life
Campus Life Middle is a branch of Youth for Christ that is reaching a number of students at Collins-Riverside Middle School. Week to week students are challenged with tons of games and
large and small group discussions. Middle School can be one of the most frequently changing times in a young person's life and when a young person comes to club or any of our events, they can feel a sense of stability among all of life's changes. School can be tough for students not only from their work, but from their peers. Campus Life is extremely intent on presenting an accepting environment where no one feels left out. Being a former Campus Life student myself, it is easy to relate to these students and encourage them to accept and respect everyone as they meet with these new friends. For many, they grow closer together and become life-long friends. Campus Life Middle is also not just fun and games. Our staff strive to be strong leaders and provide a balanced approach to life. Our aim of this balanced life approach is to create physical, social, mental, and spiritual leaders from these students to give them the chance at helping others with struggles in their lives. We also make every effort to build strong relationships with our students and present the good news of Jesus Christ to shed new light on the joy of having an eternal, loving Savior.Teen Moms is a ministry of Youth for Christ that seeks to provide physical, social, emotional and spiritual support to teenage girls who are pregnant or parenting. Through love, encouragement and guidance, the ministry of Teen Moms helps young mothers find balance and direction in their lives. Teen Moms is currently ministering to girls in four local high schools in Tuscaloosa: Bryant, Central, Northridge, and Tuscaloosa County High. Here we hold bi-weekly meetings where girls meet with other young moms who are going through the same struggles as them. With the help of our staff and volunteers, the moms gain encouragement and support as well as help with their material needs. Through intentional relationships with young mothers, our desire is to see them come to know Christ in a personal way.
